The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.

4.3 Payment Responsibility

• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback
